tagaytay vacation house (Lemon House)

we are sharing with you our family resthouse and experience the best tagaytay feel in our lovely and well maintained fully furnished 3bedroom house with a beautiful view of the village park the unit is designed for relaxation and comfort. It has 3 bedrooms with queen sized beds each and extra mattresses free of charge. We do allow cooking and barbecuing. The village clubhouse is less than 1 min walk from the resthouse where you can swim for a minimal fee. The village location is very strategic The space Lemon House is a very cozy vacation house for family and friends with a beautifully maintained Leisure Suites central park right across it where you can play, jog or simplywalk around. The area is very serene and is located in a gated upscale community. the space is very ideal for a peaceful and relaxing vacation. the clubhouse is within a minute walk where the swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts are located Guest access the are 3 bedrooms, a lanai, spacious terrace and sitting area extra mattresses provided are 3 queen sized and 1 double size uratex 6" thick a nice park called Leisure Suites' Central Park is located right across the vacation house where you can freely jog or walk around you may opt to visit the swimming pool area, basketball and tennis court at the clubhouse which is just a minute walk from the house a fee of php140/adult and php70/kid is charged at the clubhouse for swimming pool use Other things to note the vacation house is located in a gated residential area, hence, village rules must be followed and serenity of the area must be maintained so as not to disturb the neighbors. Videoke and noise/loud sounds and partying are not allowed The area is quite upscale and many VIP and known personalities are residents/homeowners Roaming around or driving around the village is not allowed to ensure security of the village dwellers We do not provide drinking water for safety purposes, kindly bring your own drinking water.
