It's all the fun of camping with all the convenience of a hotel, whether you are camping as a couple or as a family. Each campsite can be rented as a single tent or family camping with two tents. The 2nd tent can be furnished with either 2 twin beds or 1 Queen. Message me ahead if time with your needs and I will set it up accordingly. All blankets and sheets are provided. Each tent has a mini fridge, Keurig which comes with a few kcups, cream and sugars to get you started. There is a TV with Alexa firestick and DVD player. We have a large catalog of movies if you'd like to borrow them. There is a small breakfast table for 2 and a 3 drawer dresser that doubles as a night table with a lamp . There is an outlet on each side of the bed for charging phones Outside the tent your area has a gas grill and picnic table, a camp box which contains pots pans, cooking utensils, paper plates, cups and more. A camp box inventory list is posted in the pictures. There is a fire pit with adirondack chairs, sit by the fire and roast Marshmallows we provide everything you need for smores including the sticks. Bath towels and toiletries are provided there is a Large shower with dressing room and a deluxe flushable Porta potty with a sink and paper towels. You are welcome to walk the property sit and relax on one of the many benches or chairs or get a game of cornhole going. New for 2024, 6 person Hot tub and a level 2 EV charger free to all guests. Our Zen Den is stocked with snacks and groceries if you don't want to lug in the food it can be purchased here. There is a price list in the pictures so you can see what we offer. Sit in the screened gazebo and listen to the water falls in the zen garden or play volleyball, badminton, or corn hole Directly across the street is historic Stone Church connect with nature while visiting the stone church cave with waterfall or hike one of the trails open to the public year round. Our house is located on the property, my husband and I can be available as much as you like or as little. One of us is usually home if you need anything you can text or call we will be happy to solve any problem or answer any question. We want your stay to be the best possible experience for you. Dover is a cute little town we are less than half a mile out of town but it feels like you're miles from anything. You can walk or drive into town where you will find some of the best icecream aroundat Kelly's. They also have mini golf and a food truck. Freshco pizza will deliver if you don't feel like cooking. There is a Dollar General also in walking or driving distance in case you forgot something. We have a family of owls living here you are very likely to see the mamma she often provides great photo opportunities Having a car is the easiest way to get around we are in the country so most things are a bit of a drive. However you can take your bike on the train for no charge and go north to the bike trail. It is a 30 mile trail that goes through three towns from Wassaic to Copake it's a beautiful ride or walk. We are just 2 minutes from a metro north Station. If you don't have a car we can pick you up at the station. We have bicycles on the property available to ride the 36 mile rail trail. There is a beautiful town pool 10 minutes from here you can purchase a day pass. There is ice cream and mini golf walking distance and a 36 mile bike trail 10 minutes north. We are also within 30 minutes of some of the best Appalachian trail hiking areas as well as Bulls Bridge and Kent Falls.
