Guest room in our apartment in the first floor of four story aparment building. I live there with my 10 year old child, a flatmate and no pets. The space It's a large apartment in the first floor. Guest room opens to the west side, so to the main road, which gives you direct access to the balcony - but also you might hear the tramway when it passes. The other rooms are inhabited by my son, my flatmate and me. Please do not expect perfect cleansiness. I do what I can, but we are far off hotel-standards. Guest access Two bathrooms, kitchen, living room can be shared with us. During your stay I will be available for questions, but will not be in the aparment all the time. Other things to note Please communicate early and clearly about when you'll check in - we do not have a reception that is staffed at all times and I usually find stuff to keep me busy outside the house ;)
