Overlooking the scenic Somerset Dam, this purpose built Hamptons inspired holiday home has been designed with luxurious holidays in mind. Featuring two oversized master suites this home can accommodate a large family or group, with beds available to sleep 10 people. (Nb: 2 separate options are available - 3 bedrooms or 4 bedrooms- see individual listings). Every detail has been considered, including -children’s play nook with lego wall, toys, books and games The space Spacious living and dining, complete with fire place (indoor and outdoor), 10 seater dining table, ceiling fans, airconditioning, 55inch Hisense TV and bluetooth soundbar with radio. An oversized individual master suite, complete with ensuite WIR and TV and two large guest rooms (1 x queen bed and 1 x Double with 2 x single custom bunks). Guest access Entire 1st level of house and outdoor spaces Other things to note Things to keep in mind when staying: * check out is 10am * house is to be left in a tidy condition - all dishes clean and put away and rubbish bins emptied * Please be considerate and respectful of neighbours - keeping music and noise to a minimum *Dirt bikes or other motorised vehicles/bikes are not permitted to be driven on property * No smoking and no pets allowed * Please notify us if anything breaks during your stay - we may not be able to repair or replace the item before our next guests if you don’t notify us * Please leave all used towels on the floor of the bathroom * Please don’t remake beds on departure - if you would like to help strip all beds of linen and leave on the bed * Somerset Dreams is on septic and not town mains. It is important that only toilet paper is flushed down the toilets to avoid blockages * When leaving, turn off all lights, tvs, appliances, fans and air-conditioning * Please return the house keys to the lock box and secure We hope you enjoy your stay at Somerset Dreams.
