We all know how hard it is to find the perfect apartment, especially when travelling with children or with a group of friends. You just found the perfect apartment, whether you want to come with friends or you wish to enjoy some quality family time! We can provide baby cot, high chairs! (all upon request). All we want is to make your stay the best while you enjoy Lisbon! Please note, this lovely apartment it's on the 3rd floor with wood stairs, as good traditional building. 94838/AL The space The apartment is located in a new renovated building and it is fully furnished, keeping in mind that we want to make your stay as comfortable as possible. If you walk for 3 minutes you will arrive in Liberty Avenue, one of the most famous streets in Lisbon due to the fancy shops and restaurants. What does this apartment feature? - 3 bedrooms, one is ensuite with a double bed, and the others have two single beds each - 1 living room with sitting and dining area (there will be also a table for the little ones!) - Fully equipped kitchen - 2 bathrooms and one toilet (two with shower and one half-bath) - Cable TV - Free Wifi - Baby cot and high chair (upon request) - A/C in all rooms Guest access GUEST ACCESS Guests have access to the living room, the closed balcony, the kitchen, the bathrooms and the bedrooms they are staying in. Bedroom access depends on how many people will be staying at the flat. for example: - 2 couples - 2 bedrooms will be available (remaining room will be closed) - 4 friends would occupy two double bedrooms (remaining room will be closed). Guests are free to choose which bedrooms they would like to stay in, at the time of check-in. Other things to note **Late check-ins, from 7pm to 9pm, have an extra charge of 20€ payable in cash upon arrival. After 9pm there is an extra charge of 40€. *** There is a lift but you cannot use it usually stops (every day), that is why we don't advertise it. If someone gets stuck, we cannot guarantee that we will be there soon enough, so the people need to wait and we charge 40€. Registration Details 94838/AL
