⭐ Large Double Room in Lochside Flat - Room 2

STL Registered with West Lothian Council. My flat is only a few steps from Linlithgow Loch and 5 minutes away from the Palace. I share my home with my partner Graeme and two curious and friendly indoor cats called Ginny and Felix. I currently have two of my bedrooms listed on Airbnb, a small double and a large double. The flat is next to Linlithgow Loch and faces right onto the High Street where there are many pubs and restaurants. The flat is a 7 minute walk from the train station. The space The flat is on two levels, a maisonette. The decor throughout is bright and modern. The room is spacious and will fit two people comfortably. A welcome tray with a small kettle and tea and coffee making supplies is in the room in case you fancy a late night or early morning cuppa but you are welcome to make full use of the kitchen during your stay. There is a selection of guide books in the flat for places of interest which you are welcome to use. There is a tv in the room. Live tv is not available but there is a fire stick so you can view Netflix and Amazon Prime. The room has a king sized bed, bedside cabinets, a large chest of drawers with mirror and a tallboy. There is plenty of storage for clothes but we do not have a wardrobe in the room. There is a shared shower room in the flat. A washing machine is available for use on request. A small charge of £5 is charged for washing and drying each load for guests staying less than 3 nights. If you stay longer then the laundry facility is complimentary. Laundry must be done before 9pm. The flat is situated on a busy High Street where there are numerous cafes available. Guest access The flat is a shared space but you are welcome to make full use of the kitchen, dining room, shower room and lounge during your stay. I currently have two rooms on Airbnb so there may be other guests staying. During your stay We like to chat and are happy to interact with guests but we also respect your privacy. We are usually on hand to welcome our guests but as we both work full time occasionally we need to leave the key in our lockbox. Other things to note My flat is part of a large Council owned building. It is accessed from Linlithgow Hight Street. The main entrance is the green door next to Mac's Ice Cream Shop on the opposite side of the street to the Subway Sandwich Shop. There is a door entry system and a key lock box in case I am not available to welcome you. The flat is on the second floor and there is no lift so possibly may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues as you have to climb stairs.
