The house offers conditions for a pleasant and comfortable stay, with access to large outdoor spaces, such as an interior patio, a threshing floor, a shed, a canastro and gardens, where you can eat meals, sunbathe and watch the sunset over the sea… Casa Pousadela is well located, as it is a short distance from the A1 and A41, giving it a privileged connection to the cities of Espinho, Porto and Aveiro and 34 km from Francisco Sá Carneiro airport. Other things to note By booking Casa Pousadela, you are guaranteeing a stay in the house ONLY for the people included in the reservation. For security reasons and inherent cost allocation, people who are not included in the reservation are not allowed to stay. In order to allocate a fair value to the use of the house, the price is set according to the number of guests indicated in the reservation. The guest is responsible for making the reservation for the correct number of guests (including infants - from 0 to 2 years old; children - from 2 to 12 years old; and pets). Any abusive configuration of the house price (by selecting a lower number of guests or incorrect configuration of guest ages) will entitle the host to change the reservation in its entirety (for the full period) to include the correct number and correct information of the people staying in the house. If the guest wishes to make changes not foreseen in the reservation, which relate to the number of guests, these changes must be made by the day before the check-in day, so that the house can be prepared in a timely manner.
