The space Welcome to Halfmoon Hideaway, located just outside the city limits of Mena, AR. This beautiful cabin accomodates up to 4 people. Enjoy the beauty and tranquility of nature with the convenience of having town amenities just a 5-minute drive away. Nestled close to hiking and riding trails, stunning lakes, and majestic mountains, as well as local shopping and eateries, this retreat offers the best of both worlds. The cabin features a charming interior with beautiful pine walls adorned with hand-cut cedar trim.There are two comfortable bedrooms furnished with king and queen beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The fully equipped kitchen provides all the essentials, including pots, pans, plates, and silverware, allowing you to prepare your favorite meals. Gather around the pub table for a delightful dining experience or enjoy a leisurely cup of coffee. You can plug in for work with our fast WIFI, or unplug on the front porch with a cup of coffee! The living room welcomes you with comfortable furniture perfect for unwinding and relaxing while you enjoy your favorite shows and movies on the Roku TV. You'll feel right at home in this inviting and well-appointed space. During your stay, you'll have the entire cabin to yourself. Situated at the end of a lane, with no houses past it, Halfmoon Hideaway offers a quiet atmosphere. The road off the highway is dirt/gravel for approximately 1/3 of a mile, it can be navigated by all vehicles. While the cabin isn't deep in the woods, it provides a quiet and serene setting. One neighboring property is situated just before reaching Halfmoon Hideaway. There is a partial privacy fence between the cabin and the neighboring property. The cabin location maintains the perfect balance between enjoying Mena's attractions and relishing the peaceful country atmosphere. Check-in is available anytime after 4 pm, and check-out is required by 11 am. Should you require alternate timings outside this window, kindly seek prior approval, as additional fees may apply. You will have access to the entire cabin during your stay. Ample parking is available on the left side of the cabin. Enjoy the evenings gathered around the firepit, or just relaxing on the porch. It's worth mentioning that Halfmoon Hideaway boasts an ideal location. Just a quick five-minute drive will take you to all the conveniences of the city, while still providing a secluded and peaceful retreat. Within a short distance, you'll find hiking and ATV trails, picturesque mountains, and serene lakes, offering ample opportunities for outdoor adventures. Halfmoon Hideaway has woods on two sides of it. With the woods around, it is possible to see bugs, lizards, and even possibly a snake. If you are looking for a place without the possibility of seeing a bug or two, or even a snake outside (although it has not happened yet), a place in town may suit you better. Guest access Guests have access to the entire cabin during their stay. Other things to note This is perfectly located! A five minute drive to all city conveniences but located at the end of the road! Guests can enjoy the outdoors and still travel to town in minutes. Within a short drive to hiking and ATV trails, as well as mountains and lakes. Halfmoon Hideaway is located 5 minutes from the city limits of Mena, AR near a local private lake (not lakefront). It is on a dead end lane which allows guests a place away from the hustle and bustle of crowds. It is close enough to town to pick up a pizza if you don't want to cook, but set far enough away that you may get a visit by some wildlife if you are lucky!
