Nice house with view in an Ardèche building

This accommodation located in a small stone hamlet in the heart of the Monts d'Ardèche Natural Park will offer you the calm of the surrounding nature combined with the comfort of new accommodation. Its swimming pool and large terrace open to the Lande valley will allow you to enjoy the outdoors with friends and family. Surrounded by horses and cows, you can enjoy very nice family walks or go on longer hikes without having to take the car. The space 60 m2 accommodation with 2 bedrooms equipped with a 140 bed each + a 30 m2 dormitory under the roofs with 4 beds of 90. Sheets are not provided but can be made available for €15 per bed. The fully fenced terrace is 40 m2 and has a magnificent view of the valley. The 3 x 6 m pool is shared with our family, it is below the cottage. No pets allowed. You can park in front of the accommodation, very convenient if you have small children or if you have difficulty walking. The accommodation is on one level, only the dormitory is upstairs. The coffee maker is a Senseo. The first bakery is 25 minutes by car, so maybe plan to shop before you arrive. That's it, I think I've told you everything ;) Other things to note Note that the stairs to get to the dormitory are a little steep. If you rent the cottage in winter, bring slippers anyway :) The dormitory is not air-conditioned but is equipped with fans. If you have an electric vehicle, it is possible to recharge it at the cottage for €10/charge (standard electrical outlet).
