This room will provide good experience for your nights stay; spacious room with King size Bed and worth your time and space, stop over or adventures. Additionally, it is close to trails - walking distance. Courteous note: No smokers allowed period! No any type of Smoking, No Marijuana smoke/smell in rooms or within the building premise. The space All rooms are located on the upstairs of the building. You have the key to secure your room and the other key to the main entrance of the house. Guest access All common areas i.e. dinning, half bath downstairs and living room are accessible to all guests. 1 Bathroom + Restroom (available upstairs is shared with other guests). Anyone would want to return to a quiet and conducive space. Any negative behavior, quarrels , fights or anything that prevents peace or results to calling police or causes uncomfortable stays to the host or other guests, will directly result in loosing your reservation and force the guest to move out/check out early. Note: Any mails that randomly comes through Airbnb address will not be host responsibility to follow through or locate you. Caution: If you come with Tesla driven vehicle, the property Do Not offer/provide charging. It is your responsibility to find charging stations. We are here to host you for your reservation. Halt: No Laundry cleaning after 10pm. This place is quiet and we would like to respect other guests’ ample time during their stay. Remember: The host is not responsible for any items left behind after your checkout. Those items will be disposed as the host has no room to pile left over stuff and… will get the room ready for future possible guests. We ask that you check that you have everything during check out.
