Your family or guests will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. 6 minutes from Rogue Valley Intl Airport and Interstate 5. The Rogue Valley boasts great wine tasting and hiking. Within 10 minutes drive you will find Table Rock mountain, a popular hiking spot, the Rogue River and Jacksonville, home of the famous Britt music Festival. The home is in a very nice and quiet family neighborhood with a children's park in walking distance. 5 minutes from Costco. The space This is a ~1,600 square foot home in Central Point. Entry to the home is via smart lock and the code. There is high quality laminate in all but the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry. The newer mattresses throughout are Zinus memory foam on all four beds. The third room is a trundle bed (full over a twin), not a bunk bed-trundle is not an option in the Airbnb bed descriptions. There's a 65" Samsung smart TV in the family room and a 50" in the master bedroom. We provide a basic cable package and a guest Netflix and Paramount + accounts and then you can log in to your favorite streaming services for additional entertainment. The front sitting room is a great place for you to enjoy a board game or just relax with a good book. The covered patio features a natural gas Weber grill and outdoor dining table. There are ceiling fans in the patio as well. There is no garage access as this is used for storage and supplies. We are airport adjacent, not in the direct flight path, and can get distant aircraft engine noise as early at 5:30 a.m. depending on the direction of take-offs that day. White noise machines are provided for each bedroom if desired. Please note, no garage access. Guest access There is parking for up to 3 vehicles in the driveway as well as RV parking on the side of the house. Street parking also available. There is no garage access.
