PRIVATE ROOM IN CENTRAL YET PEACEFUL & GREEN AREA

Central yet peaceful location in green and organized neighborhood at the bottom of the Gelllért hill in Buda. Quick access to the public transport. Parking by car is free and safe. Grocery shopping, mall, market, restaurants, pharmacy, gym, swimming pool and etc are close by. You can go for a nice walk onto the Gellért hill straight from the apartment to see historical places and buildings, and there are some famous bathes (SPA) close to us also that we highly recommend to check them out. The space The flat is on the 2nd floor and has 3 rooms. At one side of the apartment there are two rooms and at the other side there is the guest room. In between the two sides there are the shared places, such as the hall with dining table, the well equipped kitchen, the bathroom with bathtub, and the toilet. The guest room has everything that you need for a comfortable stay. TV, working place, wide windows with mosquito net, couch, and a comfortable double bed. We have 3 rooms. Since I live here I occupy one room and the other 2 rooms have guests. Usually one room is for long term tenants and the other room is for short term bookings. Guest access Besides your private room you can use all of the shared places: bathroom, toilet, kitchen, dining area, patio, etc.. During your stay We will show you everything upon arrival and give you all the information that you need. Usually you can check in at any time during the day or night just let us know about your ETA. During your stay you will be able to contact us in person or anytime via phones. Other things to note We are easy-going, laid-back, open-minded people who respect others for who they are.
