The apartment can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children (under 14 years old). It has a bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room. Upon request, we can install a cot at an additional cost of €10/day. If you need one, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. Both the building and the apartment are fully equipped with everything necessary to enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay. It is located on a very quiet street in the old town, with little vehicle traffic. The apartment is situated on the second floor with a lift, ideal for comfortably accessing and beginning to discover the city. From here you can enjoy pleasant walks through the historic centre and discover the entire essence of Palma: its charming streets, its architecture and its wide cultural and gastronomic offering. Parking: There is the possibility of parking upon request and at an additional cost, subject to availability. House rules Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a penalty. We kindly request that you maintain order and cleanliness during your stay. Please respect the common areas of the building (stairs and corridor), keeping them clean and moving through them quietly. Excessive noise, loud music, and parties are strictly prohibited. In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours about noise or inappropriate behaviour by any member of the group, the owner reserves the right to expel guests from the apartment at any time, without refunding the reservation amount, and may also retain the deposit. Booking conditions During the stay, a deposit of €250 will be withheld, which will be returned after departure once the apartment has been checked. In the event of damage to the property, loss of keys or leaving excessive rubbish or the apartment in inadequate cleaning conditions, the corresponding charges may be applied, which will be deducted from the deposit if necessary. Check-in time: from 14:00 h. Check-out time: until 11:00 h. Early check-in or late check-out requests will be subject to availability. The number of guests may not exceed the maximum capacity of the apartment indicated in the booking. Additional information The apartment is located in a restricted access area for residents. If you plan to access by car, the Priority Villas agency can manage the circulation authorisation with the City Council. You only need to notify us in advance that you will arrive by car and send us the vehicle registration number, and we will take care of the procedure.
