Located within easy reach of restaurants and shops. Positioned on the top floor of a small block of 3 units in and amongst shops at your door step. Its private and unique location, offers convenience and a sense of the old charm. The apartment is cozy yet functional and tastefully furnished. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and plenty of wardrobe space. The second bedroom has a triple bunk bed (double and single bed) and an additional pull-out trundle for a possible 6th person. The bathroom is modern with plenty of natural light with a shower and a toilet and also doubles as a laundry room with both washing machine and dryer. PLEASE NOTE: The balcony will be under renovation/ upgrade. From Oct 27th - 1 Dec (completion date is subject to change) weather permitted, during this time it is not to be used for safety reasons.  Please note: For stays of 21+ nights, a quick bi-weekly inspection (10-15 mins) is required to maintain the home. We’ll arrange this at a convenient time after check-in. Guest access You will have access to the whole property. Other things to note We value the health and safety of our guests and you can ensure you’re booking a home that is clean and sanitised prior to your check in. We provide clean, pressed hotel quality sheets and linen as well as cleaning products and hand sanitiser in all our homes This building has a spiral staircase up to the apartment (approx. 30steps) This is a friendly and peaceful neighbourhood area so please respect the residents and neighbours. Your help in keeping noise to a minimum is much appreciated between 10pm-8am. The balcony will be under renovation/ upgrade. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest app. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our Guest App has the highest level of PCI compliance available.
