Within easy reach of a vibrant city centre, this is a beautiful light and airy, luxury two bedroom apartment. It is tastefully decorated in a contemporary style, providing a peaceful, calm location for a memorable break. Guest access The accommodation comprises of, two double bedrooms; a luxury shower room; utility room with washer/dryer; an open plan living area, with fully equipped kitchen; dining area with table and 6 chairs and a comfortable lounge area with double sofa bed; television,DVD etc. There are folding doors, which open to a pretty decked area with a BBQ, providing a wonderful inside/outside space for your use. Other things to note It is really easy to park on street outside the property (almost unique for Brighton). Some limited restrictions apply as follows: Mon - Friday 9am-10am and 2pm - 3pm permit holders only. Visitor permits are £3.50 per day and you can purchase these directly from us on request. There are no restrictions at weekends from 3pm Friday until 9am Monday. It is possible to park for free as there are a couple of bays opposite and in the surrounding streets that offer some free parking for up to 4 hours between 9am -3pm outside of these hours its also free. The Garden Flat is situated in a peaceful residential area and we ask that you respect our neighbours peace and quiet. We have a firm quiet hours policy no loud noise between the hours of 11pm and 7am. We have two lovely, almost identical holiday flats that we have been renting for about 17 years now, with lots of very happy guests who love the flats and location. Because the flats are next door to each other they are ideal for two families wishing to holiday together but preferring some personal space
