Prospect Cottage is situated on Seaford Avenue, a quiet corner of The Bay but still only a few minutes to the village centre. Enter through the front door into the hall with cloaks storage and downstairs toilet. Through the internal door into the open plan living space. To the left is the well-equipped kitchen with washing machine, new oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, and tall fridge-freezer. Large extended patio with seating and brick-built BBQ. Take the stairs off the living space to the two spacious upstairs bedrooms with TVs and built in storage, and a family bathroom in between. Plenty of space for 2 in the twin room. The main bedroom also has double doors onto the balcony with seating. The bathroom has a bath with rainfall shower over. Up to 2 well-behaved dogs welcome. Note: Until July 2023, this cottage was called "Wait n Sea". Guest access Guests have access to the whole property, and a free pass for the onsite pool, sauna, steam room & gym. They are also welcome to use amenities on site including the table tennis table, boules courts, arcade, playground, and can book onto activities organised by the resort management (eg archery or rifle shooting), treatments at The Beauty Room (in the leisure complex), and order meals/drinks/takeaways at the Bayside Kitchen and John Paul Jones pub. Parking at The Bay is all free, and on a first come first served basis although some properties have a dedicated space or two.
