Situated on the southern side of Rarotonga in the village of Vaimaanga on the Avaavaroa Marine Reserve Turtle Sanctuary. It is fully equipped with all the facilities you may need for your holiday. Work from home while taking in the magnificent view, the property offers unlimited wifi. The space Toa Moana Beach Villa looks out to the beach and ocean along the front of the property. Rooms are air conditioned with a shared bathroom and a laundry for your convenience. Perfect for couples and friends travelling together. Guest access Linen is provided with with a linen change on the 4th day of +7-day stays. Lower deck is available to have a bbq and enjoy close access on the beach. Other things to note - Our properties receive a 20% discount on rental cars for guests staying +5 days. - Due to the stairs and height of the upper deck the Villa isn't suitable for children. - The property is located in a quiet village setting and accommodates a maximum of 4 guests using existing beds. The Villa is restricted to paying guests only. Functions or gatherings is not permitted and eviction may incur without refund if these guidelines are not adhered to. Smoking is permitted outside only. - Wifi - The property offers unlimited wifi.
