As told, this condo can sleep up to 10 people comfortably making it perfect for big families or a large group of friend!. Condo Layout: First floor- There are 2 bedrooms downstairs. 1st bedroom has 1 queen size bed and the 2nd bedroom has 1 queen size bed and a bunk-bed with a full size bottom and twin size top. There is also a full size bathroom and washer and dryer. 2nd floor- Kitchen, living-room with a balcony, and a half bathroom. 3rd floor (open loft)- 1 full size bed and 1 twin size bed. *A/C unit is located in the kitchen next to fridge. Other things to note Wifi is available. Network name and password are listed in Guest Manual. Wood-stove is decoration only. Guests are not permitted to use it. This area has hard water. We provide 10 bottles of water upon Check-In. Train tracks are close by with train passing every so often. Sorry no pets. Non smoking rental property, this includes but not limited to cigarettes, vaping & marijuana use. There is 1 A/C unit located upstairs in kitchen / living-room area. Fans are also provided in the bedroom closets.
