This place is fantastic because everything you could need is just a short walk or drive to get to. There’s even a Walmart in town you can walk to! Just 5 blocks to the famous 5th Avenue pedestrian walk street to have a nice stroll to see all the hustle and bustle and of course great people-watching. Or just relax at home where you can enjoy the spectacular roof deck pool and lounge! Plus there are tons of different things to see and do around Playa del Carmen -- everything from the beach and beach clubs, water sports like snorkeling, scuba, paddle boarding, and boating, eco-parks with underground rivers, ancient Mayan ruins, cenotes (freshwater sinkholes unique to this area!), private boat/yacht and fishing tours, golfing, day trips to Tulum or Cancun, and so much more! Guest access You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo. Plus access to the common areas, the rooftop pool and lounge area, and gym on-site as well. Other things to note Please note that the unit may vary slightly from the pictures. Wi-Fi, Smart TV, bed linens, beach and bath towels are free during your stay. Electricity is 30KW daily is included. Overage is charged at $2.5 MXN per KW. We take a photo of the meter at check-in and check-out If you've exceeded the 30KW daily allowance, we'll calculate the overage fee to be paid. For long-term reservations (28 nights or more) there's a fixed electricity fee of $120 USD. There is no daily housekeeping service. If you stay with us between 12 and 21 nights, there is a mandatory extra cleaning fee. Some essentials are provided like toilet paper, soap & shampoo, but these items are not replenished. If you need something more, you must purchase it. Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. Gym hours are from 7 am to 10 pm. Pool hours are from 9 am to 11 pm. The building is smoke-free. The only area you're allowed to smoke is at the rooftop garden and please dispose of butts properly. Please note that if you require a control of the parking gate in case you have a car, you will have to leave a deposit of MXN800 pesos. This will be returned to you when you return the control at the time of your check out. The remote control entry to the parking lot (operated by the staff onsite) is only available Monday through Sunday from 8 am to 5 pm. If you check out prior to the established time, you will have to manage the return of control the day before your departure. Street parking is available but be aware there are parking meters in operation daily from 10 am to 10 pm. There is one digital meter box per street and you need to look for it in order to pay. It's 10 pesos per hour, a 6-hour maximum stay. You must display the paid parking receipt face up on the dashboard of your car or the municipal police will immobilize your vehicle and it will cost money to get it released. A Pack-n-play travel crib and a laptop table and chair are available upon request at no cost. There are surveillance cameras at the property facing outdoor areas only and are strictly for security reasons and to ensure guests' safety. HOUSE RULES - Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. - No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty. - No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 11 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. - No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay. - Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay. - Please avoid moving furniture. - Pets are not allowed. Emotional support animals must be disclosed and subject to approval. If approved by management, an extra 100 USD cleaning fee will apply.
