Your relaxing vacay awaits you! The space This large secured 1-bedroom w/ workstation has a separate hall bathroom equipped for the perfect getaway for two couples or group of 4 guests. (2 Queen size Beds). Located in a safe neighborhood with all amenities included: fireplace w/ cozy living room and bar area, laundry room, fully functional kitchen is potentially shared with another couple if the other suite is booked. Separate bathrooms assigned for each suite. Lists of restaurants within a 5-mile radius are posted in the kitchen area. For your exercise needs an exercise bike is available, upon request. Short term/Long term stays are welcome. Designated parking available. No Parties allowed inside or outside the suite!! Wi-fi will be provided. 4. Please call owner at least 2 hours prior to day and time of arrival. 5. Guests to park in the designated area marked, "Welcome Home". (Smaller cars should not park on the non-designated area of the driveway due to high curb of the driveway). Additional guest vehicles will require curbside parking. No Parking in front of garage and basketball goal. 6. All cleaning supplies should be under the sink inside the suite. Before leaving, secure suite, clean up all areas of the AirBnB. Remove any boxes, paper, trash that you brought into the AirBnB . Spray counters down and floors if drinks are spilled. 7. NO PARTIES AT ALL DURING AIRBNB STAY! 8. All guests must inform Host/Owner for any additional guests for approval.
