Positioned across the road from Paddington Station, this one bedroom flat is in the perfect location. Every detail has been carefully considered from brand new Hypnos extra-length mattresses (choose from king or 2 singles) to a walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom. Ideal for longer stays, the flat features a fully-equipped kitchen, living area with quality leather furniture and sleeper couch, Smart TV and Fibre Plus WiFi, USB ports, and Bosch washing machine, clothes drier, iron and board. The space I recently renovated this 45-square-metre apartment to a very high standard to ensure your complete comfort. Despite it's central position, it's an oasis of calm with very little noise from the street below. Please note, you have to be mobile as the apartment is on the third floor and there is no lift. However, most of my guest have commented that the flat is worth the climb when you step inside. Here's what you can expect: - Open-plan living with four windows that let in plenty of light along the length of the apartment. - Brand new Hypnos zip-and-link extra-length mattresses, know for their comfort. These can be made up as one 182cm x 200cm king bed or two single beds. For two singles please make a request 24hrs in advance. - Quality 200-thread -count bedding and quality cotton towels. - Extra pillos as well as a 4 tog duvet for summer and 10 tog duvet for winter. - New Bosch washing machine and Bosch clothes drier. There are also air drying racks, an iron and ironing board. - Corner shower with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Plenty of storage in the bathroom. - Quality leather and wooden furniture in the living and dining area. - Smart Samsung TV with over 100 channels and Netflix. - New Fibre Plus WiFi - the fastest that my internet provider offers. - A fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, bar fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Plus quality utensils and everything else you need to cook a homemade meal. - A walk-in wardrobe which truly is a luxury in London to store all your personal items. - USB charging points for your mobile phones and appliances in the bedroom and kitchen. - A makeup area and powerful hairdryer. - Fast and efficient heating through the radiators to keep you nice and warm in the winter months. - Tall standing cooling fan to help cool off while sleeping on warm summer nights. - It's safe to leave the windows open at night to get a good breeze through the apartment during the summer months. - Self check in with the lockbox which is open 24/7. Guest access You will have the entire apartment to yourself. Other things to note The apartment is on the third floor and there is no lift. The lockbox is open 24/7 so you can check in after 3pm and as late as you like (great if you are delayed). If you need to check in before 3pm, you can leave your bags with Vanusa, my cleaner, any time after 10.30am and she can message you when the apartment is ready. The view down to the street is obscured by the parapet wall of the building. This may block the view downwards, but it also blocks the noise and it's safe to leave the windows open all the time as no one can access the property.
