Double bedroom, en-suite and kitchenette. This is part of a family home but the annex is completely separate and has its own private entrance. Beckenham high street is a 3 minute walk with numerous bars, pubs, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. It has excellent transport links into central London with direct trains from Beckenham Junction to London Bridge (36 mins), Victoria (23 mins) and Clock House to Charing Cross (29 mins). Both stations are just over half a mile away. The space The property has a double bed with a TV. There is storage for hanging clothes. The room now benefits from a NEW kitchenette including; fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, dining table and chairs. There is an en-suite with shower, toilet, sink and towels. There is an iron, ironing board and hair dryer. Travel cot (for babies under 2) available on request. Guest access Access via a private entrance (separate from our house) into the en-suite and bedroom. All space is private. There is a small outside bistro table and there is access to a park 1 minute walk away (Croydon Road Recreation Ground, famous for the David Bowie bandstand) with tennis courts, children’s playground and paddling pool Other things to note There is free Wi-Fi and on street parking, however if you prefer, we can offer off street parking for a small fee – contact us for further information.
