The best beaches in the area. The space The apartment is located on the sixth floor of the Morros 3 Building and has all the comforts to accommodate up to 8 people. And it has Wi-Fi and cable TV. The master bedroom has 1 queen bed and 1 double bed, private bathroom, Smart TV and air conditioning. The second bedroom has 1 queen bed and 1 double bed, air conditioning, Smart TV and private bathroom. The living room has air conditioning and a Smart TV. The work area has a bathroom, washer and dryer. The kitchen has all the basic utensils for a short stay. Such as: dishes, cutlery, glasses, pots, pans, microwave, coffee maker, sandwich maker, etc. The apartment is fully equipped with sheets, towels and pillows for up to 8 people. Basic things you'll find in the apartment: -Bath towels for each guest. -Pool/beach towels for each guest (colors). -Hand/bath soap (bar), toilet paper, trash bags in each trash can, dish soap and sponge. This first provision is at the host's expense. If a replacement is needed, it is at the guest's expense. 🚫 NOT INCLUDED 🍽️Food. 🧽Daily cleaning (if you need a cleaning/kitchen employee, we can recommend one) 🧹Change of sheets and towels during the stay. 🧼 Unspecified toiletries. 🧻 Replenishment of toilet paper, hand/body soap (bar), trash bags in each trash can, dish soap and sponge. Guest access The building has a large pool area, a Jacuzzi, a Turkish bath, a fully equipped gym, direct beach access, a children's pool, private covered parking, elevators, 24/7 private security, and open oceanfront spaces. Ideal for families with children, couples or working groups. The pools close one day a week for maintenance. Once registered at the reception of the Morros 3 Building, you will be given a wristband that will identify you as a guest of the building, which you must wear throughout your stay so that you can enter and leave the building without any problem, and thus make use of all the common areas of the building (swimming pools, jacuzzi, gym, etc.). The value of this wristband is 16,000 COP per person, which is not included in the value of the reservation since it is a payment that we make directly to the co-ownership and is intended for the use and maintenance of the common areas so that our guests can enjoy them. We must also inform that by Horizontal Property Regulations of the Morros Building 3, guests are not authorized to receive visitors during their stay. If needed, it can only be received in the lobby area. Other things to note Our apartment has an energy-saving system, similar to the one used in hotels. The air conditioners work by inserting the card next to the entry key into the power source located inside the apartment. It is important to keep the card in the source so that the air conditioners are on and working properly. When leaving the apartment, please remember to remove the card. This system helps us take care of the environment and use energy responsibly. Thank you for your understanding and support! 🍃 Once the reservation is confirmed, taking into account the regulations requested by the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism, in Resolution 420 of 2022, we the providers of tourist services are obliged to fill out the Accommodation Registration Card, therefore for its entry we always require the following information of each guest, with a minimum of 48h in advance: full names, type of identification, identification number, city of residence and origin, and reason of the trip. CHANGES, ADDITIONS AND/OR MODIFICATIONS ARE NOT PERMITTED AFTER THE GUEST LIST IS SUBMITTED. These details must be sent at least 48h in advance, and will be sent to the reception of Edificio Morros 3, in which they will be required to present their ID card in physical (including children and infants). In the event that, within guests, minors, who do not come with their parents, who want to enter the co-ownership must be in the presence of their parents or have a NOTARIAL and AUTHENTICATED PERMIT, with a copy of the civil registration and photocopy of BOTH PARENTS, where it is stated that the parents or guardians of the minor approve the income of the child and/or adolescent as GUESTS TO the CO-OWNERSHIP, otherwise under no circumstances may the entry be made (Law 679 of August 3, 2001, Law 1336 of 2009 and Law 1098 of 2006).
