A special space in the heart of a special city! Located in the centre of Norwich this beautiful 180 year old property is the perfect spot to explore the vibrant and beautiful city. This recently renovated house offers a stylish and unique space that is conveniently located within view of the stunning Norwich Cathedral and just a short walk from the famous covered market and Norwich lanes! As well as dozens of pubs, independent shops and churches (this is Norwich after all!). The space St Faiths House (as we call it!) is a beautiful property with lots of unique features and stylish design touches. The living room is furnished and decorated to offer a comfortable space for you and your guests to relax. There is comfortable corner sofa, rocking arm chair, vinyl player (with a selection of vinyls), a TV and a dining table that seats 4 to 6 people. There is also a log burner which guests are free to use. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to self-cater for your stay. This includes a fridge, oven with hob, microwave, small dishwasher, kettle and toaster and all the necessities to go with them. The coffee making ‘station’ in the conservatory is a perfect spot for you to make your morning coffee. There is a filter coffee machine, caffetiere and complementary ground coffee, tea bags and sugar. As we want you to fully relax and enjoy your stay as soon as you arrive there will also be a few gifts waiting for you on arrival. The garden is a tranquil spot for you and your guests to fully relax. There are 2 comfortable chairs, a low coffee table and large cushions. There is also a Weber barbecue and a log burner free for guests to use. St Faiths House has 2 bedrooms. The cosy master bedroom has a beautiful double bed with cushions, a large gold rimmed wall mirror and a vintage dresser. To top it off the room comes with a view of Norwich Cathedral. The second bedroom has a sofa that easily turns into a comfortable bed. Both bedrooms have plenty of storage. The newly renovated bathroom, which is accessed through the second bedroom, has a shower and a large bath. We provide complimentary body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Near by: St Faiths is close to everything in Norwich. After 30 seconds walk from the house you will be at the Cathedral Close, which is regarded as one of the most beautiful cathedral grounds in the country. 2 minutes further you will be by the river, Pull's Ferry and riverside Red Lion pub. We could go on and on! You are also within a short walking distance of Norwich Castle, countless pubs, bars and amazing restaurants, independent shops and market stalls. As well as the Picture House Cinema, the Rooftop Gardens and the Junk Yard. You wont find a better location to unwind, relax and enjoy this amazing city. Guest access All guests have full use of the house and amenities with full privacy. We only live a few minutes away and are easily contactable by phone or email if there are any problems. We would also be happy to meet you at the property to show you around and help you with tips and advice for Norwich! We are flexible so can work around you! Access to the house is by self check in, which can happen any time after 3pm via a key safe box. We will send you the code before you arrive. Other things to note Getting here & parking: St Faiths Lane is a 5 minute walk from Norwich train station and easily accessible by car. The coach station is also only 10-15 minutes walk away. If you are coming by car there is Rose Lane multi-storey car park jusy 1 minute drive/2 minute walk from the house. Norwich also has lots of free on-street parking which you can find roughly a 1 mile or so from the house across the river.
