Our cozy newly renovated and insulated for sound, studio is a blend of old and new, much like the city we love! Located on the boarder of the two historic mill towns of Saco and Biddeford, our spot lends the perfect location to explore the area! Said to be the youngest town in our state, full of incredible dining and culture in this revitalized historic Maine coastal town. Boasting some of the best beaches, parks and nature preserves, along with hiking trails. A perfect place to get outs The space Our small studio is perched on the top floor of our building. Recently insulated to help with the sounds from our neighbors, the space has a private entrance and a small porch. Guest access Enjoy this private studio, enjoy a dedicated parking space and a shared back yard. Other things to note Past guests expressed concerns of noise from the downstairs neighbors. We have since insulated the space to insure some more privacy and improve the noise issue.
