Youngstown Full Home Farmhouse Gardens, 7 Bedrooms

This newly renovated farmhouse set on our beautiful family farm. We have 7 bedrooms, 9 beds, 2 full baths, 2 Roku smart TV, Firepit, Big green egg on patio, and is located on a fully working Orchard. The kicthen is an open floor plan with seating for 8 adults for entertaining with a refrigerator , dishwasher, kuerig, toaster oven, oven and microwave. This space is perfect for hosting families, small quiet gatherings, fishing trips and exploring all of our incredible parks. The space We can accommodate a maximum of 14; beds for additional kids are for kids/infants- please inquire before your stay. We have 7 bedrooms, one of which is located on the first floor along with one full bathroom, our large family room and attached sunroom. The other 6 are located on the second floor with the second full bathroom. There are 2 staircases to the second floor, one off the kitchen (narrow) and the other in the foyer (spiral). There are also steps coming into the house through the side door and the patio to access the back of the house. Guest access Farmhouse- Entire home You may park in front of the garage (on the side of the house). Upon arrival you will notice that Farmhouse Gardens is located next to our family farm. Please be sure to only park next to the house. The driveway leading to Cornerstone Farm is off limits. This is a working farm and there are trucks moving around daily. We appreciate your cooperation! There will be a keypad on the side door to access the house. The code will be given 24hrs before arrival. This house is not wheelchair accessible. Since our home is located on a fully working farm, we ask you keep to the house and immediate backyard. Check in/out: -check in 3pm -check out 11am sharp -guests are required to bring all bedding down to the laundry room when leaving and empty out the fridge and freezer. Please take anything that you brought upon your arrival. -When leaving please turn off all electronics, the AC units and turn down the heat to 65 degrees and lock all the doors. -Please take out all trash upon departure. Other things to note Heat: There 2 thermostats one in the family room (operates the first floor) and one in the master bedroom (which controls the upstairs). There is also a wood burning fireplace that requires wood. (wood is located across the fireplace in the family room) The instructions are located next to the unit on how to start it. If you do decide to use the wood fireplace, please don’t use the thermostats. If you have questions, please contact us. Cool: Each bedroom is fitted with an AC unit. You may adjust each room to your liking. We ask that you don’t turn the units too low and please don’t keep them running while you are away from the house. Please feel free to use our patio and firepit during your stay. The wood for the firepit is located next to the black building off the porch and matches are in the kitchen. We ask that you please use caution while using the firepit and don’t leave a fire unattended. Refrigerator & Dishwasher: The refrigerator will be empty and clean for your arrival. We ask that you please take or throw away anything when you depart. You’re welcome to use the dishwasher. The pods and other cleaning supplies are located under the sink. Coffee Machine: We have a Kureig for your use. There are also some K-cups for your enjoyment. Big Green Egg: Feel free to use our egg. Directions on how to use will be in our guestbook. We will not provide any charcoal, there will be wood available. House rules: - no smoking - no pets allowed - do not touch or feed chickens or the sheep! -do not climb or open the pen for the sheep or chickens! -please respect our home and the employees working -do not wander the property without our consent -our septic system is very old, please do not flush anything that is not human waste or toilet paper. -Do not eat or drink in the bedrooms. -Don’t touch any heavy machinery- Tractors, trucks, fruit bins or any other farm equipment. -Don’t go on the left side of the property where the Conerstone farm buildings are located. -Don’t pick any fruit -Do not have any parties with any unregistered quests. -Do not take anything that does not belong to you. -Please leave the house in the same condition you found it. Security: We do have cameras on our property for our safety and for yours. Security deposit: - A security deposit will be made when you book with us. This will not be a part of the price or your stay and will be returned to you after your checkout to make sure there wasn't any damage to the property. Trash and recycling: -Bins are located outside by the garage. The trash is picked up weekly on Thursdays and every other week for the recycling on Thursdays. We ask that you dispose of all your trash and recycling (from the kitchen and bathrooms) in their bins upon your departure. lol
