The house is located in a residence that has bicycle racks, outdoor showers and a green area in the common areas. The sea is a few meters away, just cross the street and you are on the beautiful promenade of Montauro. The space The house is a stone's throw from the beach, the promenade, the playground, and the numerous bathing beaches and clubs, bars and restaurants overlooking the promenade. The car can be parked on the street at no additional cost. In 10 minutes you can reach both Soverato and the towns of Caminia and Pietragrande. A camping cot for babies can be requested (in advance). There is an air conditioner in the kitchen. There are ceiling fans in the rooms. Guest access Guests have access to the common areas of the residence, garden with outdoor showers and bicycle rack. The house has a flight of stairs for access and is exclusively available to guests. Other things to note It is necessary to respect the common areas and the nighttime hours of rest. It is possible, in advance of the check-in day, to request the use of 2 bikes with an additional cost to be paid upon your arrival. The bikes must be parked in the condominium racks and returned at the end of your vacation in the same condition in which you received them. 😉
