On the ground floor there is a kitchen and a small living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a walk-in closet and a private bathroom, and another small bathroom. The lower floor (basement), which can be reached both from inside and outside the house with a staircase, consists of 2 double bedrooms and a bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms and a common space with a sofa and armchairs. All the rooms on the lower floor have large windows that open to a cavity that provides air and natural lighting to the rooms. In the garden, on four sides, there is an outdoor shower with hot water and a small veranda with a washing machine. It has air conditioning, a refrigerator, a freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee machine, a microwave, an egg kettle, a hairdryer, an iron, and an ironing board.
