In the municipality of Castiadas, in the Adhara residence, about 600 meters from the beach of “Cala Sinzias”, there is an independent villa with a garden and indoor parking. It consists of a large loggia for outdoor dining and an outdoor barbecue. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen with living room, 2 bathrooms with shower and a double bedroom, while on the lower floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the ground floor there is a kitchen and a small living room with sofa bed, a bedroom with walk-in closet and private bathroom, another small bathroom while the lower floor (basement), which can be reached both from inside and outside the house with a staircase, consists of 2 double bedrooms and a bedroom with bunk bed, 2 bathrooms and a common space with two sofa beds and armchairs; all the rooms on the lower floor have large windows that open to a cavity that provides air and natural lighting to the rooms. In the garden, on four sides, there is an outdoor shower with hot water and a small veranda with a washing machine. It has air conditioning, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, egg kettle, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. HOUSE RULES: - the house must be left free of waste and in order; - smoking is not allowed inside the house; - it is not allowed to receive extra visitors during the stay, lunches or dinners can be tolerated but you cannot use the services of the house or to sleep, in any case contact the hosts for more information or to agree; - respect the neighbors by being careful not to overdo it with noise in the afternoon and at night; - in order not to obstruct passage on the street, leave the car in front of the villa only for unloading or emergencies, there are two large parking lots nearby within the residence for parking cars and parking inside the house; - times and rules for separate waste collection must be respected, you will be left the calendar of collection days. Other things to note There are two entrances to the beach: the closest, about 600 meters from the house, is a path (Garden Beach campi exit) and you get to the beach in about a 7-minute walk; the other entrance is on the street (Limone Beach exit) and the beach is about 800 meters from the house.
