Located in the very heart of Chania, in a charming neighborhood just a breath away from the Venetian Harbor and the Old Town, our apartment is the perfect base to explore the city’s beauty. Within walking distance, you’ll find the main sights, the central market, the bus station, the nightlife, and the sea. Ideal for both leisure and business travelers, it comfortably hosts up to 4 guests – making it an excellent choice for couples, friends, or families. The space The apartment was renovated in early 2022. It is sunlit & well-ventilated. Air-conditioning is provided both in the bedrooms and the single area of the apartment. It has 2 balconies; the eastern balcony has a beautiful view at a park and partial view to the sea and the mountains & the western balcony has a view of the historical church of Agios Konstantinos. The 1st bedroom has a king-size bed >180cm and the 2nd bedroom has 2 comfortable single beds >90cm that can be united as well. Upon request, a baby-cot can be provided for free. The modern bathroom incudes a shower-bath, a washing machine,  a hairdryer and an iron. The single-space (living room & kitchen) offers great views at the nearby park and incudes a 43’’ Smart TV, dining table and a cozy sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped, including an electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, boiler and Nespresso machine. High-speed Wi-Fi Internet is provided as well. Guest access The apartment is located at the 2nd floor and is accessible by the elevator or the stairs. Other things to note By decision of the Greek government, a resilience fee for the climate crisis will be imposed. From 2025, the tax will be modified as follows: April - October: 8€ per night November - March: 2€ per night The environmental tax is due on arrival, and it is not included in the booking price. Alternatively, our guests can decide to pay the ammount due, through the Air BnB Resolution Center. The aforementioned tax is imposed to all short-term listings in Greece PARKING: Parking is for free, at the streets around the apartment. There are 2 public, free parking places close to the apartment. The first is located north of the apartment (in front of the sea), at the same street like the apartment and is 5 minutes on foot. The other parking is located west of the apartment, next to the river Kladisos and it is connected with buses to the center which are free of charge. The buses run every 20 minutes and start at 07:00 a.m. until 00:10 a.m. This is the last time the bus runs from the parking to the city center. We can provide more detailed information after your booking. There are 2 private parking places nearby. The first (Parking Plaza) is undeground at Sklavenitis Super Market just 400 meters away, and but it is open from 07:00 a.m. until 01:00 a.m. Another private parking just 200 meters away, is parking Zeus.
