Guest access URGENT NOTICE - WATER SUPPLIER COMPANY, COSTA DE SOL REGION Due to the serious water shortage and the obligation to reduce consumption by 160 litres per inhabitant per day, following the decision taken by the Drought Committee, we hereby inform you (until further notice) that the water pressure will be reduced at night, starting on the night of Wednesday 21 February. This measure may result in users in different areas of the city, and more particularly in the upper parts of the municipality, not having access to the supply, especially among those subscribers who do not have a cistern and have a direct connection to the drinking water network. These restrictions will be applied between 00:00 hours and 06:00 hours, although there will be a certain margin due to the time needed to carry out the manoeuvres. This decision will be in force indefinitely until further notice and throughout the Costa del Sol. Initially, there will be no reduction in the flow during Saturday nights. Every Saturday morning the supply will be restored and the water pressure will not be reduced again until the early hours of Sunday morning at 00:00 hours. It is important to avoid unnecessary storage of water and to use it responsibly so that these measures do not become more severe in the future. We regret any inconvenience caused by this exceptionally serious situation, which is beyond our control. Other things to note We have an alarm system installed and it has foto detector sensors which records photos when the alarm is on and they detect movement.
