Close to center (~15 min) and newly renovated flat

This apartment offers both, it only takes about 15-20 minutes to the City Center with Tram, U-Bahn or S-Bahn e.g. to Stachus, Hauptbahnhof. Supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants are in close walking distance (3 minutes). At the same time it is relatively close to the beautiful Nymphenburg palace garden, top sightseeing spot for tourists and top forest area to go running for locals. In your room you find a super comfy and really huge couch for sleeping and a big table to use e.g. for working. The space What you will love about this apartment is your big room with a comfy and huge couch for a good night's rest and big high quality wooden table. Plus the whole apartment is newly renovated and modern and the balcony is nice as well. Especially compared to other Airbnb’s this apartment is also clean ;) Guest access You have your own private room. Shared spaces are: the kitchen, the balcony as well as bathroom one and two. There is also a big garden area as yard that everyone who lives in the building complex can use. Shared spaces are shared with me and +1 flatmate/guest (only in case I currently have a flatmate or another guest which I usually do not have, if that makes sense). I select my roomies carefully and do usually not accept bookings from users without reviews and verified IDs. Flat life in this apartment is perfect for business travellors as I am busy myself most of the time and also appreciate a relaxed, calm and quiet atmosphere. Thus you will get a good nights sleep after a stressful workday in my flat for sure! During your stay Please feel free to text me via airbnb app, I will try to get back to you as soon as possible (usually within an hour or less). Make sure to allow push messages / email alerts from Airbnb in your app settings to not miss out on important information such as Check-in information. Due to transparency communication is only possible via Airbnb unless there is an emergency. for the latter purpose you will see my cell phone number once your booking is confirmed. Other things to note You share the appartment mostly with me. Sometimes I rent out another room. But if I am not at home, meaning you would share the flat not with me but solely with another guest I would let you know as soon as I know if another guest makes a reservation. Rest assured, I select our roomies carefully and typically only accept guests with verified ID and good reviews. For longer staying periods I also arrange a video call to get to know my or potentially your flat mate on top of it prior to accepting a booking. This ensures the best housing experience for you, me and potentially another guest. Thus while your room is of course private and your own. You share bathrooms, kitchen and balcony with me or a flat mate/ another guest.
