Ground floor: - Equipped kitchen: stove,microwave, large fridge, independent freezer, coffee makers, small appliances. - Bathroom:walk in the shower, washbasin, toilet. -Dining room with insert. - Living room with HDTV. -Buanderie with washing machine, dryer, large carrier. Upstairs: -Two bedrooms with a 140 cm bed, one with a TV. -Two bedrooms with two beds of 90 cm. - Possibility of a crib. - A shower room with shower cabin, sink, toilet. Outside, enclosed land of 35 m², terrace of 30 m² ( barbecue, garden furniture) and a lawn extension of 60 m² partially enclosed. Baby equipment provided free of charge (bed, chair, bath, changing table). Animal allowed to the limit of a dog or cat. No smoking. Sheets can be rented ( 10 euros/ bed). Deposit of EUR 500, optional cleaning fee of EUR 50. Central heating included in June and September. Heating insert for July and August free wood. Check-in is from 5pm after 5pm, inventory before departure is 10am. Other things to note The house located in a hamlet in the Canton of La-Chaise-Dieu. Brioude 32 km, Le Puy-en -Velay 48 km, Ambert 30 km. Shops and supermarkets 10 minutes away. Swimming pool 30 minutes away.
