A secluded home located in Copake Lake, NY. Perfect for ALL SEASONS! A 3 minute walk to a private lake access and "beach". Only 15 minutes from Catamount Ski Resort. Modern, updated, and thoughtfully designed. Full of family friendly activities inside and outside the home. The vibrant towns of Hudson or Great Barrington are less than 30 minutes away. So close to hiking trails, fruit picking, wineries, distilleries, skiing, art galleries, restaurants...a house for all seasons! The space The split level ranch home located on about an acre in a private community on Copake Lake. It is a short stroll (3 minutes) to Copake Lake, and our private community dock and "beach". Surrounded by trees and neighbors are close by but not too close! The home is secluded. There are three bedrooms- king, queen, and two sets of bunkbeds. There is a family room (television and games) that has a sleeper sofa, that can be a separate bedroom as needed. A basement with a television and toys as well. There is an attached garage and several spaces to park in the driveway. The home has air conditioning and heat, along with a Wesso Ceramic wood stove. We have a home full of kids items such as toys, high chair, pack and play, etc...so leave that all behind. :) There is two full baths and one half bath. The home has recently been updated to include a new kitchen, bath, appliances, and smart thermostats, outdoor shower, and an outdoor fire pit . Guest access The whole house and garage Other things to note We have a kayak and fishing poles for you to use, along with other inflatables. The kayak will be down by the dock. The lake access area has a dock that you can sit or lay out at. The water is shallow and clear. Water shoes are a plus but not needed. There is a boat rental at the marina. Unlike other areas of Copake Lake, we have a pretty large amount of space/land so you get lake and country living. The few neighbors we have are friendly and most are there all summer. Upstate NY truly has something for everyone whether is outdoor actives, cultural events, or food and wine. Relax and enjoy with water nearby!!
