Home in Durango

El Durancho is a unique home convenient & close to everything in Durango. 3 min. drive to downtown, or hit the river trail steps away from the front door. Located in a commercial area. Neighboring the best BBQ around, PuttPutt, Durango Harley Davidson, a dispensary and many other walk to eateries. Not the quietest but fun! Fishing, biking, rafting, BMX, hiking/mtb. trails, breweries, restaurants the list goes on, welcome to Durango. Large lit private outside area w/ dining table and grill. The space Just renovated and fully set up for your stay long or short term. Everything you need to feel at home and comfortable. The house is in a commercial area but tucked away and kind of hidden. There are 2 queen beds and one full. Has a gas stove and baseboard heaters. The house does not have A/C but is tucked in the trees and has a huge attic space so stays cool even in the summer. All bedrooms have fans. There is a washer and dryer, and a dishwasher. There is tons of outdoor space for parking and hanging out. Large trailer parking availible on site. Guest access The entire house is yours to use. Large trailer parking available on site. Other things to note Note there is a drainage ditch in the back yard that has little water in it. It can run higher with heavy rains. So just a heads up if you are bringing little kiddos.
