Reconnect with family and friends in our quaint yurt on the Hennepin Canal. Enjoy the yurt's climate controlled interior while remaining immersed in nature's tranquility. Kayaks, canoes, pedal carts and bikes are available to rent for all guests who wish to utilize the 100-mile pathway that borders our campground. The space The open air yurt is a one-bedroom style dwelling with 1 queen-sized bed, 2 full-sized beds and 2 twin beds (bunk style). The yurt is furnished with a couch, mini-fridge, microwave, dining table and 4 chairs. There's a water spigot and picnic table just outside the yurt for outdoor dining. Our bathhouses are a separate unit near the entrance of the campground which all campers have access to. Bathhouses include toilets, sinks showers with hot water. We also provide a port-o-potty just outside the yurt for quick trips to the rest room. PLEASE NOTE: Guests must provide their own linens, blankets and towels. Guest access Parking for 1 vehicle is permitted outside of the yurt. If guests bring more than 1 vehicle, we ask that they park in overflow parking (which is about 10 yards from the yurt) Other things to note Guests must provide their own linens, blankets and towels. Outside firewood not permitted. We sell local firewood in our campstore to save our old, beautiful trees from invasive species.
