Historic Home on Street Car Line in Heart of City

Built in 1916, my Over/Under duplex in the heart of the city is also on the National Historic Register. You'll enjoy the convenient location between Downtown, Plaza and Westport and conveniently located on the new Streetcar line. You'll enjoy the soft beds, quality linens, ironed pillow cases and tons of natural light. There's plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the treetop views from your sun room or the large, private deck. There's always coffee, tea and 1/2&1/2. The space You'll be on the second floor with 1,800 s/f of private space. There are beautiful hardwood floors, comfortable furniture and a fully stocked kitchen. There is an awesome sunroom for morning coffee to start your day. There's also a large living room, dining room and very large bedroom and another typical sized bedroom. The linens are always fresh and both feather and fiber filled pillows for those liking to choose. Beds are very comfortable and pillowcases always freshly pressed. The bathroom has the original, deep soaker tub with shower and large, fluffy towels. There is a very large deck off the living room with curtains for privacy. I personally clean the space and make sure that all surfaces or disinfected between guest and floors steam mopped. Guest access This is an over/under duplex and you have the entire upper unit. There is a common hall entry with digital locks for unit. Other things to note This is a privately owned AirBnb as opposed to corporately owned which allows for me to provide a better experience and more personal touch.
