Come relax in this freshly renovated apartment attached to our historic home. When you stay with us you'll have the whole apartment to yourself as well as a private entrance and garage. The space is equipped with Wi-Fi, a 55 inch smart TV with multiple complimentary streaming services, as well as a washer and dryer. We can't wait for you to be our guest! The space Our historic home was owned by the Strauss family, then briefly housed the nuns of the Sacred Heart Church before we purchased it in 2021. The apartment was remodeled and named in honor of my grandmother, who taught me everything I know about Southern Hospitality. Guest access The garage and the cement driveway is for your private use during your stay. There is also a washer and dryer located in the garage that are free to use. The apartment is completely separate from our home and has its own entrance, so you'll have the whole place to yourself while you're in town! Other things to note The apartment living room, kitchen, and bathroom share central a/c and heating with the rest of our house. We keep the thermostat at 70 degrees year round, but let me know if you'd like me to change it! The bedrooms have their own ac/heating units, so you have complete control of the temperatures in those rooms. There is a security camera on the outside entrance to the apartment for your safety and ours.
