The entrance floor houses a newly-renovated, well-planned kitchen with large fridge and freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, etc. Kitchen, kitchen island, dining area and sofa group/TV corner in open plan, perfect for socializing. There is also a bathroom with shower and toilet. On the entrance floor there is also a rough entrance with laundry room (washing machine and drying cabinet). Upstairs there are three bedrooms (one master bedroom with double bed, as well as two guest rooms with 120 cm beds). There is also a bathroom with bathtub and toilet. There is also a smaller desk at your disposal upstairs. From the living room, the patio doors open out to the sunny patio and garden, where you can be in peace without being seen. Other things to note In summer, this house is rented out for full weeks with arrival and departure on Sundays. You check in when it suits you from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Check out at 11:00. Parties are not allowed. Hand soap and dishwashing detergent are available. Bed linen and towels are brought by the tenant. Cleaning is included in the price, but we would like you to leave the house in good condition.
