On the ground floor, the house has a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, etc...), a desk (bedroom) with a workspace – ideal for remote work a few steps from the beach - and sofa bed, and a large living/dining room furnished and carefully decorated in blue tones. The flowered terrace, hidden from sight (with awning) is accessible from the outside of the property (separate door) or from the living/dining room. A BBQ grill, table, and garden chairs are available outside.
