HOUSE RULES · Please respect check-in and check-out times. · Take care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee. · No smoking inside the room. · No pets allowed. · Parties or events is not allowed. · Unregistered guest or visitor is not allowed. · Cooking is not allowed. · No laundry provided but we can refer you to a laundry shop. · Don’t leave stains on the towels and bed linens. Any stains seen will be charged to the guest · Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the room. · Always close the windows and lock the door when you go out. · Throw out the garbage before checkout. · No illegal substance/activities on the premises. · Please take care of the furnishings. Damages will be charged to the guest. . Guests with symptoms are not allowed to enter the premises. Pls follow health and safety protocols.
