My days at the Loft Spot wake up Get Tims and Work from Home Feeling Great with Huge Windows best Live work space a kid from toronto ever had. Lots of restaurants, Shops in the area walk to 2 diffrent tim Hortons no matter which way u go , BK and a Dope.Chiro Firm , Osborne Village n Nuburger all Hop Skip n A Jump ( 10min walk away... ) the Crib got real neighbour's that pay to be here go to school and work and play trap at about 7:30 to 9PM you will know your some where LIT ;) The space This is a Cool Spot for some one Working and Visiting the City that does not need much your in a great area this is Best Feature and its a Clean Newly Remoded Condo / Loft Style with 12 FT ceilings Romantic Stand alone Tub just straight up sweet spot u would find in Roam only better its in Fun and Affordable Winnipeg I really try to not over sell the Space I like Simple Good Business and Hope Your Looking for the Same. please ask me any and all Questions upfront before booking and I should add the area Corydon / Little Italian City is a Very Walkable community if you don't love it maybe Vist a doctor every one in this community love it safe Accessible charm. You will Love that if you waste your night doing nothing in the house you can take a walk to the main road and hit Seve or Spot Bumping some music have a few and walk home for the night. Walkable Guest access You Got a Unit and Keys and Nothing else Yeah there is a Paid Landrymat in the basement but it really sucks yet the place is just dope enough Other things to note Respect is Everything
