Scotland STL Licence SB-00213-F EPC Band C The space A generously proportioned open-plan living space takes you from a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, past the dining table and over to the sofa and armchair in front of the log burner. The downstairs bathroom consists of a large shower, sink and toilet with additional cloakroom space. Upstairs you'll find a super-kingsize bed, luxury cotton bedlinen, a cast-iron roll-top bath and hanging space for your clothes and belongings. Towels & bathrobes are provided. Outside there's private guest parking and a small seating area with a table and chairs to make the most of the sun when it shines on bonny Scotland! Guest access You'll have access to the entire Hayloft guest suite. The Hayloft is attached to our house, Swan House, but the adjoining door remains locked throughout your stay. You will have your own parking space. What 3 Words parking at toolbar - grace - cornering Other things to note Due to the internal fittings including but not limited to, a wood burner, terracotta floors and unguarded stairs, the property is not suitable for infants. Due to being unable to receive a good radio signal there is an Alexa unit in the lounge. Feel free to switch off at your convenience if not required! Due to the terracotta floor tiles would be a good idea to bring a pair of slippers with you!
