Charming old farm wood floors in the open dining/living rooms. Living room: reclining sofa & futon, seating for many! Newly remodeled bathroom, fresh tile and deep bath tub for soaking. Piano for musically inclined, assorted books to read for all ages. The fenced/private backyard has table/chairs for dining and vintage flare decor. It’s a perfect family home! Newly added: air conditioning , gas furnace, cooking range, and King bed in the master room. Pet friendly, but must be pre-approved as cleaning fees do increase on reservations. Guest access Lower level of home is all for the guest. Upstairs is not available. Back door key pad entry. Other things to note Pet Fee is to cover extra cleaning. No pets unless approved *** Pet rules are detailed at the home. Not following pet rules will add fees to your booking. Smoking is prohibited in and outside the home. Fines start at $500 The home is stocked with bedding and kitchenware for 4-5 guests. I will accommodate more if possible. Please see house rules.
