Welcome to The Refuge! This updated 3 bedroom, 2 bath chalet is the perfect family gathering place for all seasons. Huge game room equipped with a pool table, ping pong, foosball, & comfy seating with TV. Private spacious property with hammocks, fire pit, front and back patio space with dining table. Circular driveway is convenient for cars and boats. Conveniently located with public boat launch less than a mile away. Come home to comfy beds, warm fire, equipped kitchen, laundry, and workspace. Walk half a mile to a public fishing dock on Lake Wallenpaupack or drive a mile to a public boat launch! We are in a quiet neighborhood on a very private lot with a circular driveway with trees galore. Grocery, drug store & restaurants are only a 5 minute drive. The home is decorated beautifully with comfort and relaxation in mind. The mud room entry is convenient for your fishing poles, skis and boots. Dining room with large table and fully equipped kitchen makes meals convenient. Upstairs is a large master bedroom with Casper Hybrid King mattress, ceiling fan and TV with an adjacent bathroom. Two bedrooms downstairs, one with Casper Hybrid queen bed and one with full/twin bunk beds, intended for kids, not for adults. We choose hypoallergenic bedding and cleaning products to protect those with chemical sensitivity. Mattresses and pillows are encased in zipped covers under the usual bedding. Living room is cozy with a large stone gas fireplace. The Game Room is loaded with fun! Enjoy ping pong, pool, foosball, comfy seating, TV with sound bar and beverage fridge. Back yard is private and equipped with patio, dining table, Weber charcoal grill, fire pit with Adirondack chairs and hammocks. Vacation Fun! Full access to the home and detached game room.
