Central location behind centre of Salisbury, route 50 and 13, by the Salisbury zoo, downtown salisbury, tidal health health institution,… 30 min from oc md and assateague. area has dog and kid park to play. Residence has 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, living room has fold out couch. large keyboard, darts, foosball, cards, jenga, other board games available . FYI I have a dog and we stay in the house, cats are invited too so those with allergies be aware The space 2 story townhouse with 2 parking spots at location. Large, open living room and kitchen on 1st floor that is great for a gathering or just relaxing. Games like jenga, fooseball table, darts shuffleboard available. Heavy bag for boxing as well with adult and children gloves included, as well as a dip/pull-up bar and some other exercise equipment if desired. Tennis court in the development and I have rackets to use as well. Backyard with a grill, chairs, and folding table for outside dinners. Fire pit available if requested. Dog trolley set up for 4 legged family members. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms with included amenities, linens, laundry room. Additional parking on street though I recommend the parking lot 50 yards away. Guest access 2 parking spots at residence. Unlimited parking available within 100 yards. The neighborhood does allow parking in front of the house as well Other things to note Propane/fire pit available at residence if requested
