Residence has 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath, living room has futon and fold out couch. large keyboard, darts, foose ball, cards, jenga, other board games available . FYI I have a dog and we stay in the house if no guests so those with allergies be aware if booking. Whatever needed will be available for u 2 story townhouse with 2 parking spots at location. Large, open living room and kitchen on 1st floor that is great for a gathering or just relaxing. Games like jenga, fooseball table, darts available. Heavy bag for boxing as well as one for children, gloves included, as well as a dip/pull-up bar and some other exercise equipment if desired. Tennis court in the development and I have rackets to use as well. Backyard with a grill/smoker, chairs, and folding table for outside dinners. Fire pit available if requested. Dog trolley set up for 4 legged family members. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms with included amenities, linens, laundry room. Additional parking on street though I recommend the parking lot 50 yards away. 2 parking spots at residence. Unlimited parking available within 100 yards. I am available for rides/questions, grocery shop. I can cook a bit as well if requested Clean,quiet, and comfortable area. Kid park and dog park just a stroll away.
