Family wooden house 115 m2 in a quiet village by the sea (1 to 5 km from the beaches) in Trélévern. Many tourist sites nearby (Côte de Granit Rose, Les 7 îles, Bréhat). Sentier des Douaniers 5-minute walk. Walks, beaches, boating... In the village, grocery store, bar, press, tobacco, restaurant, bakery, butcher, deli, sale of local organic vegetables, small market on Sundays in season, in the next village, pharmacy, other shops. The space Main accommodation exchanged for many years. Accustomed to exchanges, we are renting our well-equipped house again this summer for a family or 2 couples. On the ground floor: entrance with storage, large well-equipped kitchen, living room with large TV and comfortable leather sofa, pellet stove (the living room overlooks the terrace and garden), bathroom with sink, shower, master bedroom (overlooks the garden), toilet, upstairs: 3 junior bedrooms with 2 single beds and 1 double bed, possibility to install 1 baby bed in the orange bedroom if necessary, bathroom with toilet, shower, sink. Available: games and toys for children of all ages, books, DVD, Alexa in different rooms of the house. In the garden, large trampoline, barbecue, table, chairs, shade sail. Terrace out of sight. Guest access The entire house is accessible except the garage and office. The office has an outside entrance. We may need to work there during your stay with us, with complete discretion of course. Other things to note This accommodation is our main residence that we have been used to exchanging for many years. We don't empty our house completely, but make room in the cupboards of the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen so that our guests can settle in comfortably.
