Welcome to our charming apartment located on the 2nd floor, a short walk to the beach and shops of Berck-Plage. Our apartment has a cozy living room, an adjacent dining room offering a friendly space to share meals overlooking a west-facing balcony, a fully renovated equipped kitchen, a shower room with toilet and a bedroom with a double bed 160 x 200 cm. As a reminder, bed linen and towels are not provided. If you wish, we can hire a cleaning company at your expense, for an amount of €75. ⚠️ In the event of insufficient cleaning found during the inventory, this amount will be automatically withheld. A cleaning deposit check will be requested upon arrival, and will be returned to you if the accommodation is returned clean in accordance with the instructions. Guest access Entire place Other things to note UPON DEPARTURE: A complete cleaning is requested in order to leave the premises in pristine condition. Please: - Empty all garbage cans (including bathroom and kitchen) and clean containers if necessary, especially in case of leaks or bad smells. - Clean surfaces: countertop, table, stove, etc. - Wash, dry and store dishes and kitchen equipment used. - Completely empty the refrigerator and freezer of your products. - Clean the bathroom (sink, shower, toilet). - Vacuum and wash the floors. - Check the bedding and remove any hair, fur or stains. We will contact you to set a departure time together, between 9:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m., according to our schedule. Please plan to be ready for this agreed time.
