Welcome to The Shire! Our carefully designed picturesque 3 bedroom apartment offers you a comfortable, peaceful and premium stay. Located on the banks of Brahmaputra in central Guwahati, this well furnished house with incredible views, bright sunlight and air provides you a home away from home. Equipped with all modern amenities and kitchen, this space includes a SmartTV, Wifi, AC, Microwave, Fridge, Washing Machine, Home Theatre room with projector and everything you need for a relaxing stay. The space The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and currently only available for private bookings. When guests book our house we will provide one bedroom for 2 people. For more than 2 persons in the booking we will open the second bedroom and the charges of the second room will be added accordingly. We will add the home theatre room to all the bookings so that guests can access and enjoy that space. However, for sleeping arrangements in the home theatre bedroom the charges will be added extra based on number of people. Guest access Guests have access to the hall, dining area, kitchen, balcony, bathrooms and bedrooms. No parts of the property are shared. Other things to note The Shire - House Rules 1. Guests are prohibited from entering and using the private areas. 2. No parties, gatherings, and functions of any kind. 3. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. 4. Society gates close at 10:30 p.m. No entry or exit allowed after 10:30 p.m. 5. Quiet time after 10 p.m. 6. No smoking inside the rooms. Use the balcony. 7. No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining area. 8. No pets allowed 9. Please don’t rearrange the furniture and take care of the furnishings. 10. No illegal substances allowed on the premises 11. Please turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door 12. All trash to be disposed off in the designated bins 13. Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee Check Out Rules 1. Check out time is 11 a.m. on the departure date 2. Clean any dirty dishes 3. Consolidate all the trash and take out before you leave 4. It is an Airbnb. Please be respectful of the property and keep it to the condition it was when you arrived. The most important rule – “ENJOY YOUR STAY” Failure to maintain any of the house rules will subject to fine and extra charges.
