Beautiful family cottage for 10 people in Gizeux – air conditioning on the 2nd floor

The renovation of the Lavoir gîte was completed in July 2022. With family or friends, come and discover the vineyards of BOURGUEIL, CHINON, SAUMUR, or visit our many historical sites and enjoy the many outdoor activities. This family cottage has been designed to make your stay conducive to rest with all the necessary comforts. The house offers large rooms and can accommodate up to 10 people to create great memories. The space The accommodation consists of a living room with a lounge area on the ground floor, a large fully equipped kitchen (2 large refrigerators with freezer section, induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker with pods (not provided), toilet, a storage room with a washing machine, and a bedroom (160 x 2 meter bed) with a private shower room (see photos titled bedroom 5). On the 1st floor, a landing serves a bedroom (bed in 160 by 2 meters) a bathroom with toilet and another bedroom (140 par 200 bed). On the 2nd floor, a landing serves two bedrooms with 2 twin beds (90 bed by 190 meters). Each bedroom with 2-person beds has a wardrobe type wardrobe (see photos), the other two have racks and a dresser. A floor-standing fan is available in all bedrooms on the 1st floor and on the ground floor, however the ground floor is very cool in summer. The two bedrooms on the 2nd floor are air-conditioned, each with its own split system. The bed linen (fitted sheet, cover, duvet and 1 pillow with its case per person) and the bath mats are included in the cleaning package. Your beds will also be made for your arrival . If you want linens for the bathroom ( 1 bath sheet and 1 towel per person), we can rent it to you for the price of 5 euros per person for your stay. Toilet paper and kitchen towels are also provided. Outside, under a banana blind, you can enjoy your meals, a BBQ is at your disposal. In the courtyard, you will also find a shed to store your bikes (we provide 10 adult/teen bikes and 1 bike for a 5/8-year-old child free of charge) and another with a ping pong table. A few wooden games for the outdoors and many board games are at your disposal for happy parties for families or groups of friends. Guest access The entire house is offered for the cottage. Vehicle parking is available in the yard. Other things to note Our cottage is ideally located: you can discover the Loire Anjou Touraine Regional Natural Park, the vineyards and the castles that have made the Centre-Val de Loire region famous. Guests can enjoy many family activities (water park with inflatable structures, tree climbing, wake park, paddles and mini-golf 5 minutes from the accommodation). But also steam train, cyclo-rail, paramotor, hot air balloon, golf, horseback riding...
