A home that has everything you may need for a comfortable stay, with loving owners and great energy! :) The space This downtown penthouse loft is very much centrally located. It used to be an art studio, but we very carefully remodelled it and turned it into this enchanting space (featured in architecture journals and blogs), with many windows and numerous appliances. Wooden countertops, oak hardwood floors, stunning views, are just a portion of things this place has to offer. It is right by the Belgrade old town bohemian quarter, a walking distance to all the tourist attractions, as well as public transportation. Apartment has everything one may need for a comfortable stay: dishwasher, laundry facilities (washer and dryer), AC, high speed Wi-Fi, smart TV with cable television (over 100 channels), stove, oven, espresso machine (and coffee grinder), and many other appliances. The place can sleep five people (queen size bed, foldable sofa for two, and a single bed on the upper level). We limit it to two guests, but couples with kids are welcome. Bear in mind, however, that this is a loft, meaning that space is mostly open (no solid barriers between different areas). Lower level consists of a living room (sofa, bar with three chairs, club table that may turn into a dinning table), greatly equipped kitchen, bedroom with two workstations and a great large closet (with a suitcase box on the top--access from the stairs). The upper level has two large windows that open into two small terraces, with stunning views of Belgrade old town. Right by those windows are two lounge chairs and a table, to sit and enjoy views and gorgeous sunsets; behind chairs is a single bed with many pillows that makes an amazing serene meditation/reading nook. The apartment has 62 square meters and 13 windows, which makes it amazingly charming and well lit throughout the day. In the evening, the place has beautiful and very flexible lightning design. Few minutes away from cafes, farmer's market (open daily), Skadarska street, clubbing district, Republic Square, galleries, theatres, and much more! Come and enjoy this carefully designed space with beautiful views and be close to everything that Belgrade has to offer! Guest access Apartment has everything one may need: dishwasher, laundry facilities (washer and dryer), AC, high speed Wi-Fi, smart TV with cable, stove, oven, blow dryer, iron (+iron board), espresso machine, juicer, toaster, electric cattle, immersion mixer/blender, coffee grinder, etc. Other things to note Note: elevator goes to the 4th floor, while the loft is at the fifth floor, so there is an additional flight of stairs. While check-out time is 10 AM, if we do not expect guests the same day, we are very flexible. Also, this is a pre-WWII building, with a communal inner yard, filled with linden trees and a basketball court--feel free to use it!
